Canning Fool!

It's official.  I've become addicted to canning.  Everything I see now...fruit, vegetable, whatever... I wonder if I can stick it in a hot water bath and save it for later.  It's a problem.   There truly are not enough hours in the day.

Pickled beets
Bread & butter pickles along side a yellow taxi & roma tomato combo

  2. Looking at your beetroot canned jar I feel inspired to try preserving them too. But I am still really a novice on preserving food.

  3. This is my first year canning and it's been lots of fun and a bit of a learning curve! I definitely recommend trying it...it feels so good to see your own canned food on the shelf, just waiting to be eaten!!!
