Chile Shortage


A couple of nights ago I went into the garage to grab a jar of chile for our burritos and realized that we just might have a problem on our hands.  What was originally 54 pints of red and green chile has been reduced to a measly 13 pints (including the two I used last night)!  The problem?  There are more than 13 weeks between now and mid-September when the next harvest will be ready and when you eat chile as often as we do (at least once a week), this is just unacceptable.  Looks like it's time for some serious rationing!
