Greens Under the Grow Lights

Shortly after the grow lights went up, the seeds went in!  We're growing wheat grass, a variety of greens and sprouts for now and will experiment with different varieties throughout the winter to see what grows the best and the fastest inside in the dead of winter.

They all might be quite small, but there are lots of true leaves, which is a very exciting start!

  7. Those tiny seedlings must be very uplifting in in freezing weather. We have a few lettuce plants sprouting now in our cold frame and I love it!
