Bean Salad

This is a super simple recipe that is best served the next day.  Don't ask me why, it just is.  Promise.

Disclaimer...I took this pic before I added the celery, that's why you don't see it  here.
Mix together in a large bowl...
2 cans of Red Kidney Beans (drained)
5 boiled eggs (coarsely chopped)
1/2 of one small onion (diced)
6 stalks of celery (coarsely chopped)
1/2 cup mayo (we use Olive Oil Mayo)
1/2 tsp garlic powder (I don't really measure, so this is a guess...)
Salt & pepper to taste

Like I said, super simple and super yummy!  Enjoy!
