After a hard day at work Monday, I came home and played in the garden for a bit. There's nothing quite like finding some perspective in amongst the sprouting of new life :-)
While finding some perspective, I realized that the carrots were a little out of control and that, if I didn't give them some space, they would choke each other out! So, I took the time to patiently pull out about a hundred little sprouts one at a time...apparently I was a little heavy handed when putting the seeds in the bed!

Ahhh...breathing space! I thinned the babies to 2-3 per inch (ish...who's measuring?) and may need to do a second thinning, but for now I think they're happy!
