Good thing I went to the link on the potato chips because my first though what are they thinking? They look good enticing :)
ReplyDeleteLol...right?! I can't wait to make them!
DeleteYour environmental links frighten me. What are they doing to our food supply?
ReplyDeleteI know! It seems unreal that this is where we are with our food right now! So much has changed in such a short period of time! My hope is that we can begin to change it back! Small steps and big strides! :-)
DeleteChange it back... that's a good idea. Where to start (other than in our own gardens)?
DeleteStarting our own gardens shows a shift in our own perspective and willingness to *do something* about what concerns us. Then we simply continue doing things that before seemed impossible or unthinkable...investing in reusable bottles instead of drinking out of plastic, making our own coffee in the mornings and taking it with us, composting, keeping chickens or bees, buying local when possible and organic when not, we teach our children and the children around us that the world can be different...while doing these things, we talk about them and our friends and co-workers hear and they begin doing things, too. Before we know it, we're in the middle of the change :-)
